How do I get to the Eastern

PA Down Syndrome Center?

EPDSC is in the Trexlertown Health Center lcoated at 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Trexlertown, PA  18087.  This is located in the Trexler Mall (KOHL'S) where Lower Macungie Road intersects Route 222. 

*If you are using the new Rte. 222-Hamilton/Rte.100 By-pass, please get off at Mill Creek Road.  Make a right onto Rte. 222 and continue to Lower Macungie Road (next traffic light).  Make a left onto Lower Macungie Road and make your 2nd right into the shopping center.  Make an immediate left and you will see the Trexlertown Health Center on your right.
