HIPP


Is a state funded program that pays wage earner’s medical insurance premium as well as the premium for the individual with DS. The HIPP Program is a cost containment program administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. The purpose of HIPP is to save taxpayer dollars by purchasing cost effective employment-related medical insurance available to Medical Assistance clients.  Click here for more information:
