October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month

At the Eastern Pennsylvania Down Syndrome Center, we celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness Month to honor and promote the incredible potential of individuals with Down syndrome. This month provides a valuable opportunity to raise awareness, educate the community, and celebrate the achievements and contributions of those with Down syndrome. By highlighting their stories and advocating for greater inclusion, we aim to foster understanding, challenge stereotypes, and build a more inclusive society where everyone’s unique abilities are recognized and valued.
